• Built more than 1,000 stores - Tenant improvements, Tenant Build Outs in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas and Florida. The size range is from 500 square feet to 50,000 square feet, and the Tenant's range from local to regional to national. We have clients from Los Angeles to New York from Chicago to Houston. We have built in Local Malls, Strip Malls, Regional Malls, and freestanding buildings.
• Built more than 200+ O'Reilly stores in Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia and Texas. Of all O'Reilly contractors, TDC Construction was selected to build the 100,000 sq. ft. local distribution center. After completing this job, we were once again selected to more than double its size adding an additional 140,000 sq. ft.2 years later.
• We have constructed grocery stores up to 65,000 sq. ft. in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Florida.
